Youth Mental Health Training

We deliver the globally recognised Mental Health First Aid training courses, as well as our own robust mental health awareness training packages.  All of our training can be tailored to suit your needs. If you want bespoke support that will work best for you, then share this when get in touch.

Our Virtues workshop training gives participants the opportunity to tune into the following:


  • Communicate  effectively using the language of Virtues
  • Recognise Teachable Moments
  • Setting clear and  effective boundaries using the language of Virtues

Resilience Toolkit Workshops

Participants are given the opportunity to engage with our CARE strategy by developing a sustainable tablet:


  •  Connect, Aspire, Relate and Empower with a firm view to rebuild or grow our resilience map to sustain lasting energy in our busy lives. 


  • These workshops are for parents, children and youths



Financial costs of poor mental health

 We cater to individuals as well as larger groups of 8-16 online and by completing a mental health certificate, you will gain an understanding of:  

  • what mental health is, how to challenge and reduce stigma and how to advocate for mental health awareness
  • some common mental health conditions and how to notice some warning signs of illness
  • ways to interact with someone in distress or who may be experiencing poor mental health 
  • the skills to help someone on a first aid basis and to prevent them from hurting themselves or others
